Munsinger Clements Gardens is one of the top spots in St. Cloud if you love beautiful plants. It's found along the Mississippi River and is located across from St. Cloud State University. You can enjoy the winding paths as you discover plenty of nature here.

Munsinger Gardens

Many different stages of development, along with plenty of improvements have gone into making Munsinger Gardens what it is today. It was once a sawmill, but was transformed over the years into the gardens. In 1938 there was a greenhouse built on the property for the first time. It has since been replaced with a new greenhouse, however. The gardens are full of beautiful flowers and plants you can enjoy whenever you visit.

Clemens Gardens

Donated to the city by Bill and Virginia Clemens, the land for Clemens Garden is now full of roses and flowers. It's a beautiful garden with more than 1,100 rose bushes. There are six separate gardens found along Kilian Boulevard that make up Clemens Gardens including the Virginia Clemens Rose Garden. You can also enjoy the formal, white, rest area, treillage and perennial gardens.

Many events are held at the gardens throughout the year. Some of the most popular include:

  • Art Fair in the Gardens
  • Evenings in the Gardens
  • Music in the Gardens

  • And More!

The gardens are also used for many private events throughout the year.
