Good Earth is a restaurant with a belief that the closer they can connect to the planet earth, the better. They cook everything within the harmony of each season and believe freshness is vital.

The restaurant uses local growers and organic suppliers instead of factory farms that may use antibiotics or hormones. With responsibly grown ingredients, Good Earth provides a number of delicious and health options for your next meal.

The Menu

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will find plenty of great options on the menu including:

The menu is quite extensive and there is something for everybody from vegan to gluten-free and much more.

Wine and Beer

You will even find a large selection of wine and beer on the menu. Many of the wines are by the bottle, but they do offer smaller bottles and wine flight.

You will also find a number of local beers, such as the Summit Extra Pale Ale, Summit Seasonal, Indeed Day Tripper Pile Ale, Finnegan's Irish Amber and many others on the menu.

Locations and Hours

Good Earth has two locations: 3460 Galleria in Edina and 1901 Highway 36 W in Roseville. Both locations are open from 7am to 10pm, Monday through Saturday and from 7am to 9pm on Sundays. You will find plenty of parking at both locations, as well.
