Restaurant Spotlight: The White Horse

A restaurant and bar found in downtown St. Cloud, The White Horse has been open since 2008. This restaurant was opened to provide variety amongst the many corporate changes found throughout the area. They serve both lunch and dinner with a diverse crowd ranging from lawyers and doctors to undergraduate students.

The White Horse was built on the foundation of the original bar, which was constructed in 1907. This space has been the home for Sportsman, Mike Morris's Superstars, Geez and now The White Horse. Here's what you can expect at this restaurant and bar.

The Menu

Lunch consists of plenty of burgers and wraps options, along with salads, melts, sandwiches and more. You will find a selection of great entrees on the dinner menu including:

  • Sushi Grade Yellowfin Ahi Tuna
  • New York Strip
  • Center Cut Ribeye
  • Lamb
  • Canadian Walleye
  • And More!

The menu is full of great options and really does have something for everybody. Along with the regular menu, The White Horse offers plenty of regular specials to enjoy. Some of the signature dishes found here include:

  • Black & Bleu Steak
  • Miso Chili Glaze Tuna
  • Thai Steak Salad
  • Thai Peanut Curry Salmon

They even offer a few gluten-free options on the menu.

Along with the great food, The White Horse has a full bar, plenty of beers on tap and a generous wine list. They also host many events throughout the year including tap takeovers and many others.

Location and Hours

The White Hours is found at 809 West Saint Germain Street in Saint Cloud. They are open from 11am to 2am, Monday through Sunday and provides take out, outdoor seating and regular dining.
