The Pitchfork Brewing Company is the newest craft Brewery in Hudson, Wisconsin. Owner Mike Fredricksen has been brewing for 20 years and has a passion for creating original recipes and perfecting classic styles of beer. He owns the brewing company alongside Jessie Fredricksen and Sara and Jason Edwards.

The brewery is located at 709 Rodeo Circle in Hudson, WI. It was founded in 2012 and is the newest craft brewery in the city. The owners believe in creating outstanding craft beers with a focus on quality. They use locally sourced ingredients and environmentally friendly business practices.
You can visit the brewery Wednesday through Sunday each week.
- Wednesday: Thursday: 3pm-8pm
- Fridays: 3pm-10pm
- Saturdays: 12pm-10pm
- Sundays: 11:30am-7:30pm
Guests can check out the taproom where a variety of beers are available on tap along with specialty firkins. Stop by for a pint or two at the bar where you can also enjoy a bite to eat from Paddy Ryan’s Irish Pub next door or stop by to take home your own growler for later. It’s a casual environment and open to all.
